These terms and conditions ("Terms") are the terms on which We sell the Products to you. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Products.
These Terms may be subject to updates from time to time where it is necessary for us to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
The Terms applicable to any Order from the Sites are those that you agree to when placing your Order.
Each proposed product on the Site is illustrated in photos accompanied by a descriptive sheet including: price, size or dimensions, available colors, composition and some particular characteristics. Some slight differences between the photographs and the product may exist depending on the resolution and colour definition of the user screen.
Our products are artistically hand made, which may result in some discoloration or deformation that cannot be considered as faulty products. After all, you will see perfection in imperfection. If a product you wish to order is no longer available we will inform you via email as soon as possible. Where this is the case, you will not be charged for the product.
To place an order, the User shall follow the purchasing process intended by the Site.
For her/his first order, the user shall create a user account ( called “Account” hereafter) by filling the form dedicated for this purpose. This account is strictly personal and will allow the user to log in to validate every order.
The user is engaged expressly to communicate complete and exact information. In case of error in the delivery address or missing information making the delivery of an order impossible, the Company cannot be responsible.
As soon as the user payment is accepted, the user shall receive a confirmation email of her/his order with a summary including the ordered products, billing address and delivery address.
The order validation by the User in addition to the confirmation email sent by Jurande following the payment acceptance are considered as contract conclusion between Jurande and the User as well as the acceptance of the terms and conditions of sales.
Jurande may not accept orders in case of:
- Abnormal or abusive complaints
- Abnormal orders regarding ordered quantities
- Abnormal or abusive exchanges or returns
- Existent dispute with the User

Price and payment
The price of a Product is the price stated on the Site at the time you place your order. Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
Delivery charges are not included in the Product price. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus the applicable delivery charges. The user will know the cost of her/his order (including delivery charges) prior to the placing of the order.
The Company reserves the right to change the prices at any time, however it commits to apply prices stated in the website while placing the order.
The total order price (taxes and delivery included) shall be integrally paid by the User while validation her/his order.
The company accepts payment credit cards and debit cards (Carte bleue, VISA, Mastercard or Amex).
Payments are made on the secured platform Stripe for all orders on the Site.
The reciprocal obligations resulting here from are likely to be suspended in the case of exceptional circumstances or force majeure. In this case, Jurande shall inform the customer of such an event within 3 work days via email. If the force majeure persists one month after the order has been placed, the order shall be cancelled and the customer will get a refund on her/his bank account.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
French Law applies to the Sites and the courts of the judicial district of the registered office of the company are only competent in case of disputes resulting from the use of the Sites.Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us.
